This Privacy Policy explains how EasySend Ltd. and its affiliates (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collect,
use, disclose, and protect personal data in connection with our Platform, which includes our
websites easysend.io, app.easysend.io, builder.easysend.io and our web and mobile applications (together, the “Platform”). This Policy applies to anyone who interacts with the Platform including visitors, customers, their authorized users, vendors and job applicants.
When EasySend processes personal data on behalf of its business customers in connection
with their end users use of the Platform, EasySend acts as a data processor or service
provider. Such processing is governed by the applicable Data Processing Addendum (DPA),
and not by this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect
We collect limited personal data about individuals who access or interact with our Platform
as follows:
a. Permitted Users: When you, or your organization on your behalf, register an
account to access and use the Platform as authorized personnel, we collect your
name, business email address, company affiliation, and usage information necessary
to manage your access and enable your organization to use the Platform.
b. Website Visitors and Inquiries: When you visit our website or contact us online, we
may collect information such as your name, contact details and the content of your
inquiry.
c. Information Collected Automatically: When you use or view the Platform, we may
automatically collect information such as your device type, browser type, IP address,
operating system, language settings, access times, and usage data (e.g., pages
viewed, interactions, and referring URLs). We also use cookies and similar

d. Aggregated and Anonymized Data: We may collect, generate, and use aggregated
or anonymized information derived from the use of the Platform. Such data does not
identify any individual and may be used by EasySend for purposes such as analytics,
research, service improvement, and developing new features. We take steps to
ensure that this data cannot reasonably be re-identified and is handled in
accordance with applicable laws.
e. Job Applicants: We collect information provided by job applicants (e.g., contact
information, CV, and related details).
2. How We Use Personal Data
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
To operate and provide the Platform, including account setup and management,
authentication, user management, customer support, technical functionality, and
maintaining the security and integrity of the Platform.
To communicate with you, for example, to respond to inquiries, send administrative
information, provide updates about the Platform, or notify you of changes to our terms
or policies.
To improve and develop the Platform, including analyzing usage, monitoring
performance, and enhancing user experience.
To send marketing communications, where permitted by law or based on your consent.

enforcing our agreements, and meeting regulatory requirements.
For recruitment purposes, when you apply for a job, to process your application and
communicate with you during the recruitment process.

under applicable data protection laws, including: (i) performance of a contract; (ii)
compliance with legal obligations; (iii) legitimate interests, such as operating, improving, and
securing our website and communications; or (iv) consent, where required.

We may share personal data in the following circumstances:
With service providers and partners who help us operate, maintain, and improve the
Platform, including hosting, analytics, marketing, communication, payment, and
recruitment service providers. These parties process personal data only on our behalf and
under appropriate data protection agreements.
With customers, where personal data is processed in connection with an account or user
authorized by a customer.
For legal or regulatory reasons, to comply with applicable law, respond to lawful
requests, enforce our agreements, protect our rights, or prevent fraud, security, or
technical issues.
In a business transfer, in the event of a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or similar
corporate transaction involving all or part of our business.
With your consent, where you have provided explicit consent for such sharing.
Where we process personal data on behalf of our business customers, such sharing is carried
out strictly in accordance with the customer’s written instructions and our DPA.

We may process, store, or access personal data outside the jurisdiction where it was
collected.
When such transfers occur, we take appropriate steps to ensure that personal data is
handled in accordance with this Privacy Policy and with applicable data protection laws,
including the implementation of relevant safeguards where required.
5. Data Retention and Security
We retain personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was
collected, including to provide our services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve
disputes, and enforce our agreements. The retention period may vary depending on the type of information and the context of its collection. When personal data is no longer required, we take reasonable steps to delete, anonymize, or securely store it in accordance with applicable law. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal data from accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized
disclosure, or access. While we make reasonable efforts to safeguard information, no system can be completely secure, and we cannot guarantee that unauthorized access or misuse will never occur.

described above, including the rights to access, correct and delete personal information,
and, where applicable, to opt out of certain data uses, also apply.
When acting as a service provider to our business customers, we process personal
information in accordance with our contractual obligations and only for the business
purposes defined in those agreements.

Our Platform is not directed to children under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly
