Senior Full Stack Developer - R&D Team

We are looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join our R&D Team.

As a member of the team, you will be responsible for the design and development of world-class digital processes and web services. You should be passionate about user experience, be able to tackle tough problems on tight schedules and find creative solutions to code errors.

You will be part of a tight-knit team of developers and UX designers, so you need to have great people skills, be able to work as part of a team and know how to have fun!

We are looking for someone who wants to take his skills to the next level, knows how to take ownership of tasks and delivers them end-to-end in high quality.

  • BSc in Computer Science – an advantage
  • 5 + years of experience as a Full Stack developer.
  • Experience developing in Python
  • Advanced understanding of Javascript (ES6) / HTML5 / CSS3.
  • Experience working with a JS Framework – Ember.js / Vue.js / Angular.js
  • Experience working with web service protocols
  • Debugging and diagnostic skills
  • Experience working with SQL and NoSQL DBs (Redis) – an advantage
  • Great people skills and a team player
  • Strong verbal and written English skills – a must

Sales Development Representative (SDR) - German Speaker

The Sales Development Rep. will qualify inbound leads, create outbound leads, work with sales and marketing, moving leads into and through the sales funnel, and setting up sales qualified appointments.

Job responsibilities
  • Prospecting for new clients/ lead generation.
  • Contact customers via email and telephone to promote the company and its solution.
  • Follow up and qualify contacts from web registrations, promotions, events, and other marketing and sales activities.
  • Prepare and present results from campaigns, webinars and trade shows.
  • Record of all lead activities in SF according to company requirements.
  • Conduct Market research, provide feedback and share knowledge.
Job requirements
  • Native German speaker.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of sales development experience (selling over the phone, cold calling).
  • B2B sales experience.
  • Proven over achievement record with an aggressive hunter mentality.
  • Excellent phone & email communication skills.
  • Methodological and organized.
  • Willingness to work in non-standard hours to support multiple time zones.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
